Fitness classes are led by Exercise for Life Foundation coach John Bowers.
Monthly membership is $85 for unlimited classes.

Rock Steady Boxing: Fun Friday!
All levels welcome! Assisted and seated options available so all can safely participate. Led by Rock Steady trained coach John Bowers.
Located at Valley Fitness inside Pacific Martial Arts.
Dance with Jenny (Virtual)
Dancing provides cardiovascular benefits, purposeful movement, and fun in a group setting. Taught virtually via Zoom. Link to be provided.

Tai Chi with Bill Titus
Tai chi integrates balance, coordination, and focused mental attention. All levels welcome!
Stretch at the Gym
1 hour class for all levels of mobility! Focuses on a full body stretch while emphasizing breathing. This is a great recovery day, placed in the middle of the week, that is low stress and meant to alleviate tight muscle and relax the nervous system. Our goal is for people to leave that class feeling looser and lighter on their feet.
Yoga with Alexis (Virtual)
Yoga helps improve flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction. Taught virtually via Zoom. Use this link to join!
